I usually stick to the rules myself but I never finish then. lol I'm hoping not using the rules will make it so I'll stay interested long enough to at least get to gen 10. I'll be posting more later tonight. :)

No it was the town that came with Ambitions, but I downloaded a save that someone else made (they went in and made over a few families) to start. If I stop in game to make over any of the sims, it's just to change them to a custom skintone and I leave everything else the same.

I have the normal Sims 3 and World Adventures so I don't know anything about Ambitions... I was wondering if it's really worth buying??

I think Ambitions is great, but that's mostly because now the hacks I do use have been updated at least partially. It depends who you ask really. It's funny how little of Ambitions I really use when I play. I play Twinbrook more because the sims are interesting and the genetics are more diverse in my opinion, but I don't have many firefighters, interior designers, or stylists in my games. I'd suggest asking around more before you spend your money on it. I'm sure there's someone who says it's not worth the money.
